European Plate
I recently purchased a European Plate for my C32 and will be buying another one. I got it from:

Here's a picture that was sent to me by the Owner of European Plates before the plate was mailed to me (note the picture shows the plate inside protective plastic):
I am going to buy another one and in an email asked the owner if I could have a repeat buyer's discount. The owner said yes and also offered a larger discount of 20% off the regular rates if additional people wanted to purchase the plates.
I wanted to put out a feeler before I ordered my next plate so that anyone who wanted to could take advantage of the owner's offer.
I got my plates approximately one month after I ordered them. Europeanplates.com is located in Washington and the Owner was very responsive to all of my questions via email. He orders his plates from Europe and they can be completely customized (or not at your choosing).
I ordered a kit which contained (1) the plate, (2) a bracket for installing the plate, and (3) the European registration stickers. All of them arrived in perfect condition and have since been installed on my C32. I think I paid around $30 or so for everything.

I guess I should have clarified - the plate is custom - you can put whatever you want on it (although I think there's a limit of 9 letters?). I have a C32 so I put that on it. I'm getting another one with something different on it.
I got a kit that included the (1) plate, (2) mounting bracket, and (3) registration stickers for around $30 (give or take a couple of dollars).
Check out his site - you could get plates for different Euro countries also.
