Yup a little bickering between ppl on forums in OK.
The fact is used parts are sketcy no matter what, but to ruin someones credability on EBAY is not cool.
Doc was trying to hook you up, and just beacuse you don't know what the **** you're doing you ruin him on Ebay.
You will get no respect from me uless you somehow retract his negative status on Ebay.

Ebay feedback is the last resort, like when you just cannot work something out. You tried to put them on. They didn't fit quite right, you should have immediately sent them back.
Don't screw around with spacers if you drive over 80mph, that's just my rule. The exception is porsches though.

Okay, I dont want enemies with the fellow members on the forums and I dont want to be in a fight w/mike (doctor).
If possible I am willing to "mutually retract" the negative feedback although I just want everyone to know I did not say one word that was a lye. Guys its not like I got the rims, and the same day left him negative feedback. I actually tried my hardest to make the wheels work including spending money and time. If I could of made the wheels fit, trust me I would regardless of the curb mark and scratches.....ect. Now I have ordered new rims and I am not upset anymore.
DOC, I AM WILLING TO CALL IT TRUTHS and if it is possible retract the negative feedback which I think you deserve. So basically it is your call man.

But then I go check my email, and there's a complaint filed against me that reads as follows:

when questioned, seller failed to mention that rims were scratched all over. Also gave false info that they will fit my car. Promised to clean wheels, but did not. In addition, lied about shipping date and they arrived almost a week later from date promised

The buyer fails to understand that the wheels do fit his car with the use of 10mm spacers in the front. It was verified with the manufacturer that they do indeed fit and do work. Moreover, the buyer did use the wheels, and they do work. The only problem is that he fails to use proper spacers. The manufacturer can be reached at 909.468.1311 or 909.598.9286, and will provide you with the same information, that they DO fit his car, a 2003 C32 AMG. I never mentioned that the wheels would or would not fit his car, as he never asked me. As for the condition they were in, being sent dirty is no ground for a "fraud complaint," nor monetary damages. As for being "scratched all over," this is pure fabrication. Ok, I just got email from ebay saying you decided to put an end to the complaint. Good. I went ahead and set forth a request for mutual feedback retraction. Just do your part and we're done with this.
Now if you wanna sell the rims back to me for hella cheap, why not, my dad's could use new rims.
