C32 (like all W203) have no rear camber adjustment.
You can buy aftermarket adjustable camber arms, which are adjustable up to +/- 3 degrees (which is plenty).
Only real limitation is your 'wheel well' to wheel and tire setup.
If you are having serious "inner rear" wear issues on your tires these will pay for themselves in one set.
