how can i increase the brightness of the LCD display in my instrument cluster in Mercedes B200 2006 Model

Accidental L8 apex

Should be a tiny stalk sticking out of the trim around the gauge cluster. Turns the brightness up or.down and reset the trip odometers too.

It will depend a lot on the age of the car and how much heat it's been exposed to. I live in FL, where it reaches 100+ in the summer. I noticed when the interior would really heat up the LCD screen was very hard to see. Almost impossible in some cases. It would recover in the winter months but never came back to its full brightness.
