I am moving to Las Vegas next week. Are there any recommended shops out there for stock and aftermarket parts. TIA for the info.

I am not exactly sure what kind of shop you are looking for? As far as tuner's, Las Vegas is limited for the C32. Evosport is the best thing around and they are in So Cal of course. For parts, there is always MB, but beware of the service centers out here. I have had bad experiances.
