Possibly key
Happened to me when I changed something that involved the can-bus. I went the whole route of finding fuel, spark, etc. In the end, the dealer replacement key was not recognized. I had to use the original key that my wife was carrying to start the car. After starting a few times, I tried the dealer replacement key, and it worked since.

It was the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay. Both were replaced. It cranks and starts but has a rough idle and shakes.
It pulls these codes po206, po412, po403, po135, po155, po306
Any ideas? I changed the MAG but it did not help.
