SPRINGS and DAMPERS (shoxs)

I really like the idea of the adjustability of the pss-9s (but not the cost). Furthermore, the best part about this type of "adjustable" system would be wasted on "my" c32 as I would not mess around with the adjustments "once set" (my Koni's have been at the same setting for track/street on my 911 for 10 years).

The aforementioned, combined with the harsh treatment they would be exposed to (salt in winter -- don't worry I wash the car religiously but I don't think the threading would allow adjusting after two of our 8 month winters ) has been leaning me to a more conventional spring/shock set up.

I know that some of you have used all kinds of set-ups (rrf, smgc32, etc, etc.) Would you care to share as to what aftermarket spring/shock set up gave you a "aggressive setting" pss-9 like feel.

I'm really looking to get that "FIRM, little-to-NO-lean" kind of feel.
I was thinking Eibach/Konis...I don't really mind a little harsher ride in order to achieve this.

THANKS!

If you are going to track your car, you will take advantage of the rebound valving control to better suit the track and conditions for possible imporvements in lap time. If you don't care to fine tune your suspension and will settle for the average setting, don't waste your money. If you want the ability to control ride height and its advantages and are concerned with weathering, buy the stainless KW's in V1 or V2. If you are looking to lower the ride height to an acceptable visual, as well as increasing the handling characteristics of the car, buy the RENNtech springs and call it a day. The off the shelf Koni's are no better than the stock AMG shocks. The H&R springs are lower and stiffer than the RENNtech's in the rear and may cause rubbing on some cars.
