Did I buy the cheapest C55 Amg ever?
I am from Florida and recently moved to Germany for a new job. I happen to find a U.S. Spec 2005 C55 Amg 130k miles for sale for $1300 usd. Running great no major issues.The kid that owned it was military and had to move so he wanted it gone. I was at his house within 15 minutes of him posting it. After weeks of trying to get the paperwork I have it in my possession unregistered. I can't wait to take it to the Nurburgring. I discovered a few problems, lower ball joints, bad rotors, leaking valve cover gasket and bad water pump. The parts are dirt cheap out here and I do my own work. I'm waiting on a letter of conformation from MB to have it inspected and registered. I also found a ntg2 navigation and digital climate control for $70 usd. The interior smells new, no rips or wear. No dents or scratches on the body. Only a crack on the front bumper. Just wondering if I have the record for cheapest running amg.
