Which Motor Oil do you run in your C32?
The Mobil 1 sticker is nothing more than advertising for Mobil 1 Synthetic oils. If you want a real synthetic oil Mobil 1 is not what you should use. Royal Purple and Red Line are true synthetic motor oils but few people use them in road going cars. Trouble is real synthetic oil costs 2-3 times as much.
I do, however, use Mobil 1 but I use 15-50 for I tend to drive rather hard and this weight is better suited to extended aggressive driving.

ive read good things and also many bad things about folks using products like royal p....i wouldnt ever try it.
honestly, this is a case for me where i dont think the little guy (royal p, motul etc) are going to outdo a giant like mobil...

I use Mobil 1 because it still only costs 4.25 a qt while the real synthetic oils cost 2-3x that. For a road going car Mobil 1 is enough but for a track car that has a racing designed motor I would use one of the above stated oils.
As for the Tri-Synthetic being a blend, it is not a blend. The Tri-Synthetic name is just a marketing method of naming a new formula for the Mobil 1 line. Mobil 1 is not a blend but it still is petroleum based in nature. It is far better than say some Chevron regular oil but it is not a pure synthetic oil.
I would rate motul as being slightly better but at a serious cost to your bank account. Is it worth it? I am not so sure about that.
Not so sure you can say that motul and royal purple are not quality products. They are the only real synthetic oils on the market and these items to have less thermal breakdown and they last much longer than even mobil 1.
I have heard a number of bad things about Royal Purple.
People have to remember that Mobile 1 and Red Line (and other botique oils) have different audiences. Mobile 1 is interested in keeping up with all the API standards. Oils like Red Line are not, they are not going to compromise the quality of their oil to meet the API standards.
