C32 supercharger bearing update?
I was just wanting to make sure I purchase the highest quality pulley bearing. Is it still NSK Bearings Part# 32BD45DUM?

I just went through all this looking for the correct bearing for mine. The original part # seems to have been superseded by part # EP32BD45A1. If you search for that you'll have better luck, and I can confirm that it is the correct bearing. Best price I could find was about $34 including shipping, I bought it from this e-bay seller: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-OEM-NSK....c100290.m3507

I don't know if you've done these before, but you'll want a good pair of internal snap ring pliers, and be aware that your pulley (the bearing housing) is retained by a thick washer under the bolt, and that washer has two dowel pins going through it to keep it located. I had a bear of a time getting mine removed because the pins were a little bit boogered up on the ends so the washer didn't want to slide off them. Also be aware that the gap between the two supercharger clutch plates (one of which is part of the bearing housing/pulley you'll be removing) is controlled by shim washers, so make sure not to lose those as you're removing the pulley. This is the perfect time to adjust that gap if necessary. Mine had about 90k miles when I did this and the gap measured almost twice the allowed maximum. Measure with feeler gauges before you disassemble, if it's too much of a gap then when you have everything part use a pair of micrometers (or calipers if you have a pair you trust that reads to 0.001" or 0.02mm) to measure the shim washers and determine see which one(s) you can remove to bring the gap back into spec. If you don't have a way to measure the shims directly, then you can do it by trial and error by repeatedly reassembling, disassembling, adjusting... either way you will need a way to directly measure the gap though. Any auto parts store should sell feeler gauges that you can use for that.
