buy new muffler or cut off resonator?

buy new muffler or cut off resonator?
I like the looks of the AMG muffler, but want some more sound. Do I just need to remove the resonator to get this effect or does the middle muffler need to come off as well?

I had some other work on my car at the same time so they just did it for free. The sound is strong and not ricey at all. If it sounded bad, I wouldn't have kept it. Quick & easy mod that makes you car sound 10x better IMO.
