Try eBay. Be prepared to pay a premium price if you find OEM ones. There are also some cheap knockoffs on there are well, but the quality can be very questionable, IMHO.
IF a dealer can even find them (highly unlikely and very, very, hard to source new since they quit making them a while back for the W203), they will be $$$$$.
