'06 ML500 w/Apperance pkg & '07 SL550 w/AMG pkg
Received our 1st C55 yesterday!!
I wanted to let everyone know that we just got our first shipment of C55's. A black one and a silver one, the silver one is available, but the black one is already spoken for by a client. I am sure the silver car will be gone quickly, so if anyone is interested, please let me know!

Marcus, What is the MSRP on the C55 and more importantly do you have any info om my SLK55 I ordered price or when it will be built & delivered.... Jim S.

Quite honestly, I think the only ones aware of the perceived "hype" around this car is the AMG-C community. These are not SL-55 or the new SLK-55 which are more of what people with deep pockets would actually pay extra to get for status, looks, and h-power.
Don't get me wrong, I think the C-55 is an awesome car. I have one on order myself. But if you goto any MB dealer today, chances are the new SLK's are whats hot & seriously backlogged on orders.

03 silver C32 AMG
I went to HOI and saw the C55 yesterday b4 it went in2 pdi or ppo wot wutever they call it... they both had Xenons and the silver 1 had navigation and the power rear sun shade
the car DOES have two mufflers, and there IS a spare tire, or something that resembles it with extremely low profile, a doughnut maybe?
I cant say much bout the interior since it still had the plastic sheets on but the intrument panel looks very nice... much nicer than ours...
I pressed down on the trunk to check out the stiffness of the suspension, and it was reasonably stiff... even stiffer than the C32 wit H&R CO's... did get to drive it cause I had to go and i would have had to wait longer.... but the car sounded very nice when I heard it being driven out of the gate...
the longer nose of the car does not make the car look awkward, looks very nice actually and i really like the CLK headlights. the trunk spoiler looked nice also
the 18" style IV's arent that noticibly bigger than our 17's, I could barely tell, 225/35/18 and 245/45/18 front and rear respectively (prelli's)
i would have to say, the C55 is everything the C32 shound have been... sorry to say it.. i no its gonna make alot of ppl mad for me to say this, but it had to be said
but the C32 is still faster than the M3 and i have no reason to believe that the C55 will be any slower than the C32
