You are speaking about two vehicles that are nearly the same:
C32: 349 hp / 332 lb-ft
M3: 333 hp / 262 lb-ft
The only thing that will win a race between these two vehicles is the drivers "driving ability." Yes, you could lose a race in a Ferrari if you do not know what the hell you are doing.
When either of you own faster vehicles, then come back and "brag", otherwise, go play with the other cadre of vehicles on the road with greater than 330 hp, as there are numerous. To be polite, I'll even leave out the Germany models:
