uh ohhh, more contraversy.. C32 Vs M3 race in Miami
HEY PEOPLE, I ACCEPTED THE RACE. Hello?! Anyone intelligent around??!!
Seriously, you guys have got some serious inferiority complex going on! It's hilarious how defensive you guys are.
Yeah, let's race for pink slips!! Or how about the title to your home??!! Yeah.BTW, i recently move to TX...i have no idea where Killean TX is. Austin is a good 2.5 hrs away from Houston...that i do know.
Chim-chim, if you don't like my opinion of you, improve yourself.
Just because I own you doesn't mean I'm going to feed you.

Keep trying kid.
Dope wheels...what are you talking about?! YOU'RE AN IDIOT. Ha! You're embarrassing yourself...again!

Keep it coming...i am enjoying this!
If you want a FRIENDLY race, then i am all for it. I am up to any race. ****, i am not gonna put up my hard earn $$ for some cheap thrills...even if i drive an Enzo versus a Yugo. Anything can happen.
Now, i suggest you listen to your smarter brother (even though he's a lawyer). You're an idiot who does not know the value of a hard earned dollar. Sorry, but i work for my $$.
Like i said, if any of you are up to a friendly race, then call me up. I am not backing down from anything. Bring a freaking camera...i don't care. But, i ain't gonna put up my cash for anything stupid.
Are we clear?? I did not think that i had to explain myself because i expected more common sense. I was wrong.

M3 owners are all in denial...They get the smackdown from RSX's too lol
Rolling runs are a bit closer, but a strong M3 edges away. I see 3 magazine tests on 3 different continents have the M3 quicker in the 30-70mph rolling runs though the gears. Surely the driver isn't an issue in such a test.
Check out Sport Auto's results on Track-challenge.com. They use professional drivers like Dirk Schoeyman (former Nurburgring record holder). The tested the M3 vs C32 as follows:
Acceleration M3 C32
0 - 40 Km/h 1,6 s 1,8 s
0 - 60 Km/h 2,5 s 2,7 s
0 - 80 Km/h 3,9 s 4,1 s
0 - 100 Km/h 5,2 s 5,5 s
0 - 120 Km/h 7,1 s 7,6 s
0 - 140 Km/h 9 s 9,9 s
0 - 160 Km/h 11,4 s 12,5 s
0 - 180 Km/h 14,7 s 15,6 s
0 - 200 Km/h 18,1 s 19,8 s
M3 pulls over a second from 100-200 km/h. Can't be driver at those speeds. They have pro's anyway.
But all over the world from Australia to Greece to South Africa to Germany, all mags get the M3 quicker. I don't know if its the fuel or what but in the US, C32's seem to be quicker judging by this board.

You are all a bunch of simplistic idiots. The outcome of the race depends on at least 20 factors. Cool day: C32 has the advantage. High atmospheric pressure: C32 has the advantage. Excess weight in both cars: C32 has the advantage. Two morons racing: C32 has the advantage (true auto tranny).
Curiosity question: with speed limiters removed from both cars, who tops out higher (C32 or M3)? A nice 180 plus run would really settle the score!

Ot start with the US mag tests. I believe all got the M3 quicker. See a thrend here?
But let's look at it objectively. With an auto you brake launch it to maybe 2000rpm or so. In a manual, with a good driver, you can rev it up to 4000-4500 depending on the surface, slip the clutch & with a good LSD & wide rubber you are doing 60ft's well under 2.0.
If the auto's got more horespower, then it might run you down. But a torque convertor saps power to the wheels so I doubt a stock C32 makes much more RWHP than an M3. A few hp isn't going to be enough to catch a similar powered car from behind.
Torque I see you ask. Well torque is for pulling out tree stumps. Horespower always wins in a race. After the launch (where the M3's ahead anyway) an M3 will never see anything below 6000rpm again. Redline each gear & you will actually be in the 7000-8000rpm range in every gear. C32 will be in its upper few thousand rpm range as well.
Here's where you have to compare the power curve of the M3 from 7000-8000 vs the C32 6000-7000 (or whatever). A roots type S/C has a big drop-off at high rpm compared to NA. I bet the M3's curve is on the way up at 6500 & the C32's is dropping fast.
But a shorter geared car gets more power to the wheels anyway. As we all know a gear ratio is a torque multiplier.
Rolling at low revs is another story & that's where torque rules.
If you act like an ***, don't get upset if people ride you.
Post the tire size again for that dope pathfinder.
LMFAO
Sure, i will post my tire size on my 4RUNNER...265/70/16. Before you start looking it up, it's STOCK SIZE, idiot. The name of tire: BFG AT KO.
Marky, you're the one that's making a fool of yourself...I am enjoying the ride very much! Thanks...keep it coming.
I'm an owner of a 03 E46 M3 SMGII and have been considering a C55, from what I have read the C55 will only come in automatic? is this true or will there be a 6sp version?

all AMG's are automatic with selectable gears.
AMG's have yet to come out with a manual gearbox in a production car
