Anyone know what kind of options were offered on the 05 06 C55 AMG cars?

In the USA, very few.

- Navigation
- Wood interior (birds eye maple, and possibly burl?)
- HID Projector headlights
- Some paint colors were extra

Aside from that, I think that's it. Everything else was standard.

Mine has all of that was alabaster white an extra?

Alabaster is a solid color correct? I believe only some of the metallic colors had an additional charge.

Yes it's a solid color. Just didn't know if it was an option because you don't see a lot of them for sale.

White is a very rare color, along with the mars red, diamond black, and the blue. Most C55's were either silver or gloss black.

Diamond black is a very dark and metallic blue up close. Obsidian black is plain black.

I have the Diamond black and it's taken some people years to realize it's not just black. Unless you're close or it's under the right light, it's just black.

Obsidian black is a metallic black that looks almost dark gray in the sun, not plain black. Its named after a volcanic rock which is called obsidian and cal look sparkly

I always thought Obsidian wasn't metallic. Hard to tell in pics I guess.

And Diamond Black is Diamond Schwartz Metallic according to Mercedes proper, but I knew what they meant.

Yup, my former C55 was diamond black, which was actually very dark metallic blue. As stated, took some people years to figure it out!

Obsidian also has metallic
