pricing??
what is a good price for an 02 c32 with 41k miles
kbb values are as followed
trade-in 27k
private party 30k
retail 36k
it has 2 more years of warranty up to 100k miles
additional 3 years on top of that is 2500
OTD price would be 39k
is this a good price?

There's really insufficient information in the lead post to form a recommendation. What are you goals? Will you keep the car long term, short term, stock, or modified? Is saving money more important or is having a security blanket better?
I'm assuming that you're looking at a Starmark certified C32 at a MB dealer and that your "out the door" price includes all fees and taxes and no extension of the Starmark beyond the basic 1-year Starmark.
I did the Starmark thing with my C32 (with 3 years extension) and I did private party with my LS-430. Looking back I would have preferred to have done private party with the C32, especially since I'm now thinking about making a significant mod to the car. It was vastly easier to get the C32 at a dealer, I had to do a lot of work to get the LS, but I got a great deal on the LS and I probably got ripped off on the C32. Whats more important to you?

My old C32 is being sold by my dealer - Bill Ussery in Miami & I know personally that it is in extremly good condition
, with low miles:16,900 in 3 years. Anyone looking to buy a used C32 should check it out, im sure you are not going to find one with such little miles & so pampered as my baby use to be!

Theres no way that car is worth $30k, thats so damn low. When doing the estimate, unless the car has been trashed, it would be in outstanding shape, and with some options, that would put it over 35k. If you could get that car for 35k-38k, you are doing good. Remember many of us paid well over 55k for the car, it sure aint a cheapie
