Final update:
apparently, the engine swap was very basic. No cams or injecters needed to be changed or replaced. Also no ECU modification was needed.
The problem was in the fuel pump. It was dow. They repaired that and car is running great now Al Hamdulellah ...
So a 2004 E500 Engine can fit into a 2006 C55 AMG as a “Plug and Play”
Thank you all for your support and information and advice...

2005 C55 black on black aka DVS C55, 2007 C230 sport silver on black for the boss
Sounds like it needs a Throttle Reset/Adaptation.
I had my battery undone for a while and the car acted just like you describe. I did the throttle reset and it solved my issue.
Search the Throttle reset ( I googled it) and follow the steps. Its a reset, with idle for like 20 minutes, and then drive it or something, etc. Cleared it up.
Hope this helps.

Also is it possible to put the ml55 injectors & cams / heads on the ml500 motor ? there is a 2000 ml55 in a junk yard near me & I want the motor so bad if it’s still good that is , at the very least I would like to have the brake calipers & the camshafts . makes me wonder if ml55 rear differential is better also .
