C55 wont start/intermittent. Not CPS?

I have a video attached, but basically it will crank when I first get in the car for the day but after driving for about 15 mins I'll park, come back out in 15 mins and it wont crank. It won't even start to turn over. Maybe a slight click, but after that, nothing, almost as if the battery was dead (but its not, and when tested the battery says its in great condition, with full spec cold cranking amps, it is a MB battery) I tried all the tricks my indy mechanic told me to do like flip the key, wait 3 seconds, try to crank from neutral, I've also tried both of my keys and it has the same problem.

Battery Tests ok, Alternator just replaced last week, Starter replaced in Jan 2019. I've taken it to an indy mechanic and he can start it every time, no problem. Even when has tried it over the course of a few days. he's probably started it 50 times without an issue. He also says it might be a key problem.

Here is the video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ogJ...ew?usp=sharing

Anyone ever ran into this?

Thanks for any help!!

Just got it back from the mechanic. He started it over 100+ times, no problems. I get in the car and it wont start, he reaching his hand into the car and it started right up. I immediately turn it off and go to crank and it wont start. Then I do it again and again, no start. Thats when he said I was holding the key wrong. So i went from gripping with my thumb and bottom of my pointer finger, to gripping it with 3 fingers, thumb, pointer and middle. Started right up, over and over, I then grabbed it with my thumb and bottom of pointer finger like the older way, no start, grabbed it with my 3 finger grip....started. right up, over and over. I have no idea, but I havent had an issue since (granted its only been 3 hours).

On the negative side, he did a full inspection and I have quite a laundry list of repairs
-Slow radiator leak,
-Lower control arm bushings (which I knew about)
-Power steering leak
-Valve Cover gaskets (i understand these are common)
-rear pads and discs (I knew about this too)
-motor and transmission mounts
-new hoses and spark plugs
-some rear suspension work I think (i couldnt quite read his handwriting)

Hopefully I can do some of these myself, but yikes that is quite a list.

I'd love to get on this ASAP, but I dont have a place to work on my car. I have a gravel driveway and live on a sloped street, just need a kind soul in Nashville TN to let me barge their garage sometime.
