Wrapped C55
Anyone else have a wrapped C55? Here is mine. 3M matte military green with 3M shadow black details, and some 3M matte black on the trim

The ad is for the shop that wrapped it. I am good friends with the owner and we agreed to do a sponsorship deal on it and turn the C55 into a show car since I now have a C63 to daily. I wish i had the patience to work in that field lol

Id never pay so much money for something that is just stuck to my car. Thats ridiculous.
You are half way to a decent paint job that'll last you decades if treated right.
Average life of a vinyl wrap at best is a few years.
Its the biggest scam in the automotive industry ever.

True to each his own but now willing to pay 5k for a full repaint but still spending 2500 to wrap your car in plastic makes no sense.
Anyway Im out. car looks good tho(not a fan of black trim but to each his own)

You really think so? I had a wrap done once...it was fawking awesome......the color wasn't everyone's cup of tea, but at the end of the day it was parked at my house and I loved it.......for about 110 days then I took it off lol...........I got a really good deal too as it was the shops first full wrap...sure it had seams in a couple of places but so what.........for what I paid it was a blast to have s a completely different color scheme be it only temporary.
Looking forward to it

Looks good.
I saw someone mention that wrapping isn't worth it, cause it is just material stuck to the paint of your car. However, that's kind of the whole point/advantage of wrapping, which is the fact that is completely reversible. Wraps aren't really meant to replace paint, but more so an alternative to painting. Have a car with nice factory paint that you want to preserve without ruining the value of the car, but still be able to play around with color options? Then vinyl wrapping may be for you.
