Alright Frank, are you ready?

Aside from the grill, the car looks excellent! Congrats on all the hard work
you've completed.

some updated pics

don't hold ur breath, but here's how it look after the last mod for now. Next on the list will be BBK or pulley/chip. and Yes, I'm officially insane...with mods.

Compare to the last pics I've shown. I've added: front Euro impact strip, Carlsson hood/trunk emblems, new tail lights, the Weltmeister quad, and the TEIN SS

coilover is TEIN SS btw. That's as low as it'll go without front tires hitting the turn-knuckles on the coil. The rear is also set to lowest. Retains the comfortable ride, but it is very firm rather than harsh.

btw, selling my used RENNtech springs. check classified forum.

Frank your ride is outta control my man... I think you should black out the taillights to match the black grille. How much is that Carlsson kit running installed/painted??.. Lorinser and Brabus are overpriced IMO.

Cut off 2 coils, move the spring seats up in the front and your clearance problem will be resolved. J/k

Looks good Frank. I like your tail lights as-is, bright red.

Looking good Frank! Where'd you get the V8 Kompressor side badges? Thinking of getting that for mine but still not sure yet. Also your rear Carlsson badge looks incomplete. Shouldn't you designate maybe a C32C on the right side? So it'll read Carlsson C32C or maybe Carlsson CM32 or something to that effect? Just my 2 cents.

James, the side badge says V6 kompressor, not V8. I'll need to take you to the eye doctor man. lol ...The Carlsson badges the C32 as CK32 and the real badge are just decal stickers. I am thinking about ask them to send me the sticker, but for now I'll keep it with no engine designation and keep the V6 kompressor badge. dealership sells the side badge for $50 each side. Just give them any E55/S55/CL55 VIN at the parts dept.

sdsilverm3, LOL...I think this hitting the coil thing is the same as yours with the KW. You had the turn-knuckle shaved a little bit right? and what's the total offset of your front wheel including the spacers?

bimmerbeater, thanks for the comment. The Carlsson RS kit is actually about the same price as the Lorinser Edition kit.

Maybe it was the angel of your photography skills that made it look like it was a V8. lol So you're saying the stickers are $50 bucks? Damn stealership! Looks good though.

i resized the pic really quickly...that's why the fine detail looks ****ty. LOL

the stickers are indeed $50 bucks each. I took off the V6 kompressor badges when I first got the car 4 years ago...and then decided to put it back about 2 yr ago.

Frank, I'm pretty sure it's the same problem I was having. Yeah the turn knuckle needs to be shaved a little but even then it's really close. The offset of my wheels is +32 all the way around with a 5mm spacer in the front. If I wanted to go a little lower in the front I could use my 10mm spacers but I don't want to deal with the possibility of shaving the front fenders.
