Fuel pump location Right-Hand Drive (RHD) C32
Dear all,
May I ask if there's anyone on here who has a RHD C32 especially the ones built in South Africa and have replaced your fuel pump?
Which side is the fuel pump located?

2002 C32 AMG
Today was a rainy Sunday morning so I decided to have a look myself haha.
The fuel pump unit is on the right side while the left side has a fuel sender unit.
A previous owner has replaced the fuel sender unit,
Bosch part no 0986 580 340.
I'm planning to replace the fuel pump assembly and now im reassured that I've bought the correct unit,
Bosch part no 0986 580 184.

Right side, looks like original (18 years old!) fuel pump assembly

It looks like someone already took the cap off the pump. The tabs look hammered by a screwdriver. Keep in mind the bosch part number you provided is for the C320. They run according to the spec sheets at 3 bar instaead of the original pumps 3.5bar and 4 bar at the rail.
Also the C32 has a dual pump bucket.

Im not saying you have to fork over this ridicilous amount fcp euro is charging but you can find the stock pumps with ease and you only have to replace those.
Just transfer the hoses (leak tight or you'll have long cranks!!!) and you'll be good.
