Locked in park abs and esp lights on

I've been having a problem with my C55 occasionally having a issue with the abs and esp lights coming on and the speedometer stop reading and not shifting out of second gear then when I put it in park it won't come back out of park any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely a faulty brake light switch. They tend to wear out on this era:

Common symptoms of a defective brake light switch:
  • Car stuck in Park.
  • ABS ESP ETS lights come on.
  • Can not move the shifter from Park to Drive.
  • Brakes Defective Warning on Instrument Cluster.
  • Car won't shift gears. Stuck in 2nd gear, limp mode.
  • Brake lights don't work. ...
  • ESP, BAS, ABS lights turn on.

C55 AMG T with Kleemann K2 and some stuff: 414 hp and 576Nm :-)
There is a way to get it out of Park when in Limp Mode:
There is a plastic white switch just "south" of the gear selector, and it has to be pushed in to move the selector
when engine is running and the brake pedal is pressed.
To reach it is a bit difficult. There are two ways
There is a small hole under the rubber in your can holder, push a long thin screwdriver in there to reach the switch.
Otherwise remove the plastic gear selector and you can reach it that way. Probably the easiest way.
