Check LF Turn Signal msg.
Hopped in after a cold (57F) night 😂 and the check LF turn signal msg. Removed 1156A bulb and it looked like this
1156A
Had to remove a bit of paint? flakes from inside the sealed unit opening, installed new bulb. Same result check LF, replaced again same result, swapped Rt side with L side. The bulb that wasn’t working in the L is now working in the Rt and the bulb from the Rt (that was working fine in Rt) is now not working in L. Tried cleaning bulb housing contacts no luck. Ordered the 1156NA as shown in manual and will try those. Meanwhile any ideas will be helpful ✌🏾 2003 C32AMG all stock except for Behr Radiator change
11/10. Faffed around with changing the bulbs some more, cleaned all the contacts I could find, its now an intermittent problem that shows 'Check LF Turn Signal, or Check LF Marker " even though everything is functioning and turn signals flash normally. I believe the Brits would call this a "gremlin" :-)
