Voltage regulator? Car not charging at idle
Replaced voltage regulator because car was having charging issues new one came in and I still have the same issue. Will charge above 1k rpms nearly instantly goes to 14.2v but after letting it drop to idle it goes down to 12.9v and slowly drops and after about 10 minutes of driving it will stop charging all together.

This place is a joke.
You don't replace the voltage regulator alone in a 15-20 year old car. It's one of the worst pieces of advice that continues to permeate this site. The entire alternator should have been replaced.
