Thinking of selling supercharger and installing turbos.

I am considering removing the supercharger off my 32 and installing dual T 3/4 turbos or bigger turbos. I am currently figuring out the details. I believe that the supercharger eats 10-15% of the HP increase from drag on the motor. Running 15 psi on turbos should produce 400 rwhp with a option to increase boost to 500 rwhp. I will wait until my warrenty is gone before switching.

Anyone else considering this?

I dont think you have come to terms with engine power and useful power. Once you can spin your wheels then additional power is pointless.

use a boost controller and custom tuning... low boost on 1st gear and increase the boost on gears u have traction... I too am considering this major upgrade in a couple years when my C32 wont be able to hang with most modded C55s!! We will see what happens though!!! I want to wait and see what the W204 AMG is going to be like first and go from there.

seems true, but I dont know if you are aware but for the many many ppl who only roll race a twin turbo setup would be more efficient then a s/c setup!!! Time to give these roll ricers something to gawk at!!!
