Just had my seat bottoms replaced, they are not an exact match the color is a little lighter and it does not quite feel the same. But I think that they need to be broken in. They are a closer match to my rear seats that hardly get used more matte. Given my car is almost 3 years old I think that the match is good and believe that they will match better after a few months.
I feel pretty lucky. Part number is the same given for the charcoal.203-910-43-46-9C05 ( I think the preceeding 1 or 2 before the 203 is just the quantity ordered.

Got mine replaced!
I just had my driver's seat bottom replaced at Beshoff Motors in San Jose b/c the heating element was not working. It is an exact match and looks like a brand new seat. Couldn't be happier. My service advisor, Kenny Lampton, was great and I'd highly recommend him. He'll definitely work hard to earn your business. Let him know that Benny sent ya!
