Yea, I was a little iffy on them at first as well. I'm more of a hyperblack kinda guy. I hate plain silver wheels, and I'm not much of a chrome fan. But,

1) On the stock AMG wheels, it doesn't look bad due to the wheel style. It's a little flashy, but its not THAT bad.
2) It came with the car when I bought them
3) Not sure if it was OEM or aftermarket coating, but underneath they are still the original wheels
4) I don't feel like dishing out $x,xxx for stock silver AMG wheels, nor more $$$ than that for aftermarket.

So you could say I've grown to like them Plus, in certain pictures they look more like black chrome, so that's not bad at all.

and Rareamg, your car is absolutely gorgeous, what paint color is that and i loveeeee the bbs, and did you color match the grille? or is it black? its hard to tell from the pictures
