My ex-cars: 03 E55,04 C32, 05 C55 ,03 E320

Does anyone know how to change the Fuse for the cigarette lighter

My cigarette lighter thing wont work, I believe I burnt the fuse again.
The dealer changed it in 5 minutes...before
does anyone know how to do it yourself?
