Lets Talk 19" Tires

I want everyone's opinion on the best all around tire riding on 19"s. I have the Toyo TS-1's. The are ok. The hook up well not as good as the stock P Zero's. tread life is fair. The noise is killing me though. My guy said after a few thousand miles they are loud, but I had no idea. They corner and handle great and ride comfort and steering vibration and feel are great. I would like a better looking profile tire though. Do I have any other tire size options? And look at my gap in the front, need some lowering badly.

Description Size

Front Optional 19" 235/35-19
Rear Optional 19" 265/30-19

Can I go wider in the rear. Maybe move up to 40 and get some more

I absolutely agree! I have them on my 19s and they are top notch. Way better grip then any street tire I have had, and they are very quiet for performance tires.

The PS2 is such a great tire. It made my E55k 100% different. I went from never wanting to drive it to actually taking it out for a spin just for the fun of it. I never though a road tire could be so good.

I have been hearing too many good things about PS2 and defintely will choose it to replace my stock 18" Pirelli Losso stock tires.
Anyone tell me in simply descriptions as what are the things that I will feel the differencs if I ever change the tires to PS2?

I am not a Michelin fan. Go for the Dunlop Sport Maxx that's what I have and they are great but it's your choice

You will know. There will be no doubt in your mind.

BTW, i spoke to a rep at tirerack a while back, and they said that it was the best Max Performance tire they have ever tested.

Here are some tests of the PS2:

If you lower your car, do you need to roll the fenders as well? Are your wheels replica (Moven wheels)? If so, what are the offset of your wheels?

Thanks.

I have the PS2's, great tire. They hook up really well, better feedback and responsiveness, better turn in and decent noise levels. They do ride noticeably firmer than the Pzeros but the handling and feel more than make up for it. Feels a lot closer to an M3 but still has a better ride than an M3.

I don't know how long they will last but I would definetly buy them again.

What Size tires are you using. Those PS2's in the picture seem to have some meet on them.

First time I ever heard someone say the Toyos were not as good as the Pirellis. And noise? what noise, I must be getting deaf in my old age. For performance tires I think they are very quiet.
