fog light connectors

spent almost an hour today trying to clean the connectors for the fog lams, those in the bumper. i've tested the rest of the system with a volt/ohm meter and everything except those connecters is working great.
i've cleaned them really well and the lights work for the moment but the connectors really are a piece of something . . . guess what? you guessed it. crap!
with some shaking lights come on and off so it probably looks like i'm blinking with them like a copper when i drive with them on i could probably get pulled over for posession of illegal strobelights or something
connectors are removable from the light assembly and i could easily replace them if i knew where to get them.
anybody knows what the part number for those things is or where to get them?
or perhaps i should replace them with something better, but they need to fit watertight into the assembly . . . there is a gasket there.
on a bright side, i'm now an expert on removing/installing/adjusting the front bumper

hey hangup, i'm not too sure if this will apply in your situation as i forgot what my foglight connectors looked like when i took mines apart awhile back, but i have included a general picture just to provide an idea on what you might be able to do to fix your connector problem. most of the time, the connector fittings could be loose for many reasons and squeezing the connector a bit so that the connector fits more tightly might fix your problem, worth a shot. i have attached a image to this post to describe what i mean: the green area is where the connector would fit into the fog lights and could be loose hence when it shakes, it makes contact and would flicker the light. by squeezing the connector a bit (the red area) you will make the connector fit tighter onto the fog lights. perhaps using a small flat head screw driver to try and close the gap a bit, or sometimes the connects can come apart and using a plier, you can gently squeeze the red area of the diagram. i'm sure the connector that you have will not resemble what i show, but its the same principal - mainly the connector fits too loose for it to make good contact and squeezing the connector a bit will make the fitting much tighter producing a good conatct. hope it helps.

linux i think your image is the connector that goes onto the bulb itself.
i think those are fine in my case, i've cleaned them a bit too.
my problem is the connector between the light assembly and the car.
those are the ones in the bottom of the light that you must disconnect when you take the bumper off. the pins in those were very rusty and i cleaned them as i did the sockets where the pins go, but still there is something wrong with the connectors as they go on and off if shaken.
