Ambient Air Temperature Probe

Anyone have any idea what is the part number of this piece. Specifically the part attached to bumper fascia with a conical appearance.

have you pulled it too hard and it came apart? mine did too, it didn't brake though, just came apart
i put it back together and it works fine.
i don't have the part number right now but i think i've seen an OEM part for 15 bucks online somewhere.
i think it doesn't do much just for indash display. A/C has it's own sensor.
i'll check maybe i have the part number at home somewhere . . .

Staple, i'm farily sure part number is 000 542 84 18.
Autohaus arizona seems to have it for 14.29.
So you can get it together with the lenses you were looking for and probably even get free shipping on everything together.
Did you have a small accident or something?

Thanks for the info hangup. I obtained through it through sunmotor cars in PA. The same one I have referred before on the forum - $13 for the probe.

If you guys need anything, ask for Chris at the MB parts counter. I have obtained the smartkey from them at $129, fog light lens for $18 - which is as cheap as you're going to get anywhere.
