cool, glad yours turned out great, except for the glue smell.
I heard mine is on it's way...can't wait to get my C43 back on the road.

Hey guys, a few shots of my new wheel. Love the feel of the carbon section on a long drive. It is a nice change up from leather to carbon and back. Really eliminates some driver fatigue.

Can get some sunshine shots if anyone wants to see it in natural light, of course, the sun would have to actually come out first.

Thanks man, be sure to post when you get yours. That is part of the factory cell phone. I am most likely gonna have it removed here in a month or so to mount the screen for the Idrive.

got my wheel back after a 2.5 month wait(Flooding and stuff). Overall I think they could have done a better job on the two tone silver part. I'm not sure why but some parts of the silver was okay and the other parts show crackes at the holes. On the right side of my wheel there are some crackes at the small holes, while other parts of the wheel no crackes exist. Maybe due to the over stretching of the leather in some parts. The Black part and the stichting looks very good. I silver color was slightly off, just a tade bit darker then it should, maybe over time it might fad a little lighter. Overall for about $280.00 that's including the shipping charges, I would give it a 8.5 out of 10. It may be a 10 if I went with a different application, meaning replacing it with something else other then leather with the small holes. Like wood or carbon fiber or just all black like the bottom of the wheel. It may have been easier and looked a lot cleaner if I went with Burwood instead of the silver, since some of the holes on the silver is cracking already. Not sure long this will last, but I'm not touching the silver part if I don't have to.

Looks good man, I can see what you are talking about, the color off a little. AS for the holes, my thought would be it would improve over time as you use the wheel and your hand rakes out the leather from the punched holes and makes it more universal. I can't really see the cracking you are referencing, but if it is bad, I would have an issue with him.

thanks, yeah I guess overall I'm happy that I got it done, since the way it looked before. They told me that they will send me some touch up dye to see if it will fix the problem, which I think it will, but still have a 2 year warrenty just in case I guess for extreme fading or cracking if occur, then they said that they will redo it. Great Customer service from Alan, I assume the owner.

I repost a pic to my previous reply of the small cracks.
