(1) Underneath the glove box area, find three phillips head screws located on the panel underneath. They are in the area with a bunch of "breather " holes - remove them.
(2) There is a foot vent on the left-side, mounted to the console. That one requires the plain one - removes with a half counter-clockwise twist.
(3) Remove the vent and console with the breather holes.
(4) Look up into that area previously covered by this panel (closest to the console). You'll see two vanilla colored sliders. Move them either fore or aft. BE CAREFUL - if these sliders fall behind the foot kickboard you'll need a 10 mm to remove it and get those "sliders" that have fallen behind there.
(5) Once those are off, the pollen filter resides there, pull down and replace.
Have a vacuum cleaner ready, chances are leaves and other trash is gonna fall out!
