Hi all, finally bought a C43 and love it, up til now I've been surprised at relative low cost of parts, but ownership hit home this week. I've had my off side head light smashed by debris and been told the lens costs, £70 but if the Xenon burner is damaged I'll need a whole new unit costing £800

So my question, the Xenon burner seems ok, (unsure whether I should use at all with a large hole in the glass). I have no manual, I've got the new lens, has anyone replaced the lens, any advice. I just don't want to break anything xenon, and have to buy the whole light unit, (BTW £800 less tax, so best part of £1000).

if you don't want to damage the bulb, pull it out before you start to replace the lens...
