Actually, castor is adjustable, but by so little via adjustment bolts that it's not worth playing with.

Castor can also be adjusted by changing the rear ride height relative to the front.

Basicly lower a W202 will give more negitive camber (a good thing), not change castor (that's fine) and change the toe settings (just have them put back to std specs)

Nothing special you need to know unless you drop the car by a few inchs, then it becomes a geometery problem, not a wheel alignment problem.

Hi Guys thanks for the reply, I have actualy designed front suspensions for several race cars so i actualy know a little about caster and camber, when I bought the car it was already lowered, I can tell it has to much camber, it also actualy feels like the bump is off to but at slow speed turning it feels like example turning left the top of the left front spindle falls back and i can feel the wheels tugging between each other.

would you take it to a local shop or to mbz, i kinda feel the mbz dealer will be able to adjust what little caster that can be adjuster, remember most cast is .5 + - a little, regardless its 225 at mbz and 75 at the local repair shop

$225??? At Mercedes-Benz of Valencia, the regular price is around $120, and it's $89 when on special (regular customers ALWAYS get the special price). At any rate, according to the WIS, the alignment specs for a 202 and a 208 are the same. That being the case, go to Signal to Noise, and click "Alignment Spec - W208" on the left. The complete specs will be listed.

IHTH
