front end weirdness after new tires installed

front end weirdness after new tires installed
i recently replaced the following in my car, in this order:
(1) front rotors (stock) and pads (ebc red) ... yes, i bedded in the pads
(2) all tires (bridgestone RE01R)
(3) rear pads (ebc red)
now my car has developed a weird feel through the steering wheel and the brake pedal, but it is slight. to the best of my recollection, it started after i installed the tires, but i cant be sure. the sensation is a mild feeling that i best describe as a rubbing type feeling, or like the front end is washing out/pushing. i only notice it when weight is on the front end (braking and turning, or coasting and turning like in a parking lot), and when i am at full steering lock or close to it.
anyone have any ideas?
i remember a post on here that was similar to this problem, but i am having a hard time finding it.
