I mean honestly... who adjust their tach needle + 3000 rpm so it "redline" at 10,000rpm just to look "cool" lol. honestly a sad sad sight.

I translated it and it is Spanish. It reads:
"I do not know if the speedometer needle was amended but I can assure you that the car was pushing *****"

How stupid can a person be?
