What's Wrong with my Left Front Wheel?

What's Wrong with my Left Front Wheel?
There is something up with my left front wheel. When I hit the accelerator from a start, and the car lifts up in the front (as any high power rear wheel drive car does), there is a bit of a thud from the left side front wheel.

I don't know if this is part of the ESP - is the brake grabbing, or is this something to do with the suspension?

could be your spring perch coming off.

You better have it inspected.
