There is annoying rattle coming from underneath the passenger seat. The car is a 1995 C36 AMG. If I put any weight on it, it goes away. I already verified that it is not the seat belt receptacle.

Any ideas?

I bet it's the folding bracket, see if it's your bolts need being tighten, u can also look at the wire attachment parts when you fold down the rear back, if somethings loose there.
I also have a rattle sometimes, my tech guy told me to grease these parts to kill the noise, other than that I don't have another remedy.
