car runs again after a solid 7 months of being apart!

need to finish plumbing of my new air-water set-up (minimal changes), pop the top off my catch can and fix a small leak (hopefully just gasket maker), and then it's time for a test drive...

once it's running I'll finish the methanol installation

all that said- I'm trying to do a full season of mountain bike racing this year (around 15-20 races) and training a ton for that. We also are closing on a new home this coming Friday- there is a legitimate chance that the car will only get out for a couple of weekends this year.

Nice title, I thought you blew it up.

Which meth kit did you go with? Im in the middle of installing the coolingmist smart injection along with the variable MAF conroller I'm currently using. I would highly recomend it. At least, I would make sure the controller is MAF based and not boost referenced.

The smartinjection allows you to set up any configuration 2D mapping using almost any 2 inputs, RPM, TPS, IAT, EGT, Boost, MAF, MAP, etc.. etc.. You can also set it up to activate things under certain conditions like a wastegate should the spray stop or malfunction. You could set up you own limp modes based on lets say super high IAT's for example. I'm planning on using IAT/MAF at the moment and still experimenting with input #'s using the included software. Simple tables and drop down menus. Before my system would spray the same amount based on the 0-5V readings regardless if it was 30degrees out or 90degrees out.
