That's what I was thinking! The C-Class has some damage to the front (which btw should not be classified as "totaled"), while the Pontiac is now three-wheelin' like a sixty-four down Crenshaw blvd.

Mercedes FTW!

While I own a C43 with the 55 engine the C43 with the stock engine was a very nice car and with the A arm suspension can be made to handle as well or better than a stock M3 and I have been to Sears Pt to prove it. I was able to remove some 240 lbs off my C43 and that really made it much more nimble.

From the handling and stopping and going around the track angle the C43 will walk all over the C32. The little bit faster the c32 is is not enough to make for the deficent in speed coming off a corner.

My two cents.

Insurance adjuster says it is totaled
I am sure it is fixable, but probably too expensive for them.

I want to ask a question to you guys if you know about insurance stuff...
So i had my car 3 years ago, I financed it. Nnow becausse of the dumbass that ran red light, i have no vehicle (pos rental Ford ****us). I do not want to go through all the buying, credit check, paperwork and stuff. I only want replacement similar to my car, or used M3, or Audi S4, and blah blah.......
So, is that possible that insurance people make a deal with lien holder annd get me in a similar car with identical payment options. Like maybe transfer the loan to the replacement one?
My credit is snot as same before. However i am not upside down I guess.. I owe 7k, and kbb and NADA says my car is worth 11-12k.....
Like I said, what i want is simply replacement wehicle, and remain with same payments...
Oh btw Geico people are giving me hard timee now. they say they did not have the police report yet, or photos, or witness name ph #s, and stuff that I already provided. Does investigation take this long even the both parties have Geico insurance???

What do you guys think?
I am listening:

The insurance company will give you a check (most likely made out to you and the lienholder). You'll have to pay off the loan and you keep what is leftover.

That leftover is what you'll go shopping with. Use it as your down payment for the next vehicle you purchase.

Looking at your pictures make me cringe but hopefully you are ok.

I would like to think your car is totalled bec. of the way the right wheel is positioned against the back of the wheel well. In addition, your whole engine
bay may have moved back thus the car's frame is badly bent out of shape.
But you can always get a new car that you'd like.

The idiot you t-boned looks like an elderly. Was he even paying attention
to the lights?
Oh crap-I just looked in the mirror. I think I may be an elderly. BTW, did you invent a noun?

It's just a fact-- elderly people are right up there with teenagers when it comes to causing accidents. No need to get *** hurt.

1995 C 36 AMG; 1992 W124 300E (M103 Ex Mosselman TT KIT) was 320hp @10psi now stock :(
i say another w202 if u care for handling, a 32 for refinement and speed, same goes for e55. pay a bit more for a c55amg as that is ur best option. if u go for jap cars, only a mitsubishi evo9 is worth it.

good news to stock C43 owners, geico is paying me 14k
I cannot afford E55 now, but still looking at bmw 330s, Mercedes V8s, some bmw 540s and 740s, and Audi S4s. Those are the ones in my price range with 75k miles and lower for my budget (13k)
Any ideas are welcomed.......
maybe still thinking about this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/C43-A...%3A-1%7C39%3A1

or.... just found this, I might seriously go for it, and stretch finances, it is worth it:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...id=p2759.l1259

It is ridiculously low for me, I am not teenager, or show off.......
maybe they might have original shocks who knows?

W210 E55 got my vote But if you want to take your financing easy, go w/ C43. Both are quite reliable... at least more reliable than newer MB's. LOL.

Sounds like you need four doors. If not, CLK55. Preferably from an 'old guy' who could afford regular maintenance.

Good move. I picked mine up and absolutely love it. Although I'm sure that guy earlier thinks that's a downgrade too.

I am not suprised it was totaled btw. What I expected.
