a really bad maf can cause misfires. You could swap coils and suppressors and see if the misfire follows. I would start with maf and see what happens

i put in the new maf yesterday and it still ran like crap so i left the battery disconected over night and it seems to be running smooth now.

unplugging the battery is not good for these cars, i'm sure u have either a bad coil or bad sparks, how long has it been since u changed em.? your misfire may return..

po170 = right cyl mixture adaption limit
po173 = left cyl mixture adaption limit
po100 = Mass air sensor
po305 = Cyl 5 misfire
po308 = Cyl 8 misfire
po300 = general misfire
po455 = Purge system major leak, fuel tank pressure sensor voltage supply
po306 = Cyl 6 misfire.

Sounds like you have a lot of issues. Replace mass air sensor & Primary upstream O2 sensors, that should fix most of your problems. Your fuel system may also be dirty, may not be a bad time to check your fuel filter to see if its clogged up, some times that can cause misfire as well.

Hope that helps,
~AMS~

With those misfire codes I would go looking to see that you do not have a vacuum leak. The purge valve tubing may be cracked and so leaking, causing the error code and the misfires, because the cylinders are too lean

Jeff, I agree vacuum leak could potentially cause those problems, especially if its post mass air sensor. But also a bad MAF & O2s can also cause it without any air leak at all which is why I think its a combination of the two (especially since the p0100 code went off which means ECU is basically running blind).

Blahuh - Upstream O2s so most of the A/F monitoring and when they get old they go out of spec and can cause you to exceed adaption limits (as can MAF). If the O2 sensors have anything over 60k miles on them I would definitely replace. Because so many codes are going off I do not think its just one thing, its most likey a combination of parts are worn/old and most likely both the MAF & Primary O2s need to be replaced. (secondaries downstream O2s really only measure to see if the primary cats are working and they would pull up a different code which didn't come up).

Hope that helps,
~AMS~

Ya i dunno about that. I understand o2 sensors wear out, but if the airmass voltage is out of spec, that is the cause of the adaptation codes 99% of the time. Misfires are a diff story but I wouldn't start chasing those until known bad components are replaced

AMS is on to sumting, get some bosch or there is another brand equivalent to bosch but can't put my finger on the name, but they should be cheap online, get 3 new ones, dnt replace just one, because they will have different resistance than them. all must be changed togethor, and wat plugs did u install? they must be bosch platinum 4's or the orginal coppers, the inlines dnt like any other kind or spark plugs, check your vaccum lines, and repace ur 02's and fuel filter, run a can of seafoam through your gas tank...clean her up! nothing may be wrong with the things the car is throwing codes for, the thing about these cars are is when one thing stops working it starts screwing up more stuff, cause it to throw MORE codes, start small and replace little things

i replaced the maf, new filters, new fuel filter, and i did have a vacum leak, a hose next to the maf was disconected seems to run fine now, as for the coil pack the cheapest i saw were 130 dollars each witch i cannot afford right now.

Hi everyone!

This is Biitz from UK!

Im new on tis site!...
