Carlsson C56, yes so it says in mobile.de this ia a '95 C180 * umbau*
5.6 i.e a M119 5 liter with a 5.6 crank in it!!

Roger - amazing what you can do with a C180 
€23k does seem a bit steep for a 14 year old car, even if it is a rarity. I'd haggle hard - the demand for these sorts of things is limited to the real enthusiasts...
If there's paperwork to back up the conversion, all the better!

Beauty! Love the wheels as well. I don't see why anyone would sell that car, but I'm sure at that asking price it will go to a caring owner. Seems like a lot of unique w202's have been popping up lately.
