Nice job, congratulations
I have to do my left side light as it doesn't work (blown bulb or bad connection) and looks wet inside. No cracks in the glass left or right on mine as far as I can see.
Looking at your work, guess I should clean up both sides and get new bulbs. Did you do the job and get to the lamps from underneath or did you remove the bumber?

IMO they are spot lights and not fog lights. Don't know the legality of driving with those, but I can imagine that in my place of the world that would be a
no-no

Thanks!

I removed the bumper..four bolts holding it in place. I thought this was much easier than jacking up the car, crawling underneath & removing the cover plate under the car. I had alot of room to work and I was comfortable

It's funny because I also read that taking off the bumper was an easier access to the fog lights. I'm just glad that I fixed the broken lens

Well, I have no excuse to get things done apart from the cold and wet weather... I like the clear glass solution and very much more class and modern looking IMO. I will have to see if it is legal or not here in Switzerland. How do they light up at night? Do they give a flat wide beam or for focused?
I like the fog lights because when I at night time on small roads, the side of the road is better lit up and you get a better view in the corners without blinding oncoming traffic. Well at the speeds travelled little chance of being blinded too long

Cake.

Pull the inserts out of the bumper for the tow hooks, drop two bolts on top by fans, two on bottom, one good pull and disconnect the fog lights, and the temp. sensor on the driver's side.

It literally can be done in 1 minute, BTDT.

I wouldn't even bother getting underneath the car this is much easier.

EDIT: didn't see the post you did this, sorry.

Your insurance should cover it....but if not after market cost between $275-$300 (with sensor) exact copy, factory windshield double the price according to my local auto glass shop

Yup... did it today and it was EASY.... open hood remove 2 bolts, pull small plastic piece in between fog lights and remove 2 bolts, go to drivers side front wheel remove 2 screws (this is the hardest part as they are screwed in with the head facing the passenger wheel) and lift side up and out, should take you about 5 minutes. The fog lights are held in by 2 screws. Make sure to disconnect the fog lights and sensor from the bumper.

no, it has track clips that hold it in place on the sides, which snap when you push the bumper in place
