should I get worried about something ? (C36)
hi, I'm actually a proud owner of a 1996 C36 AMG, but I'm about to get it out of the garage because of the winter (I live in Quebec, Canada) and I'm asking myself If I should worry about some problems that could happen, like mecanicly. it got 130 000 Km and I know that the last owner took care of it, but I heard that at about 100 000 Km I could get Injector problems. I'm going to do a chek up at Mercedes but I simply wanted to know If I should get any other worries.
thx

injectors should be fairly cheap and relatively easy to change with the right tools. with stored cars, such as mine, i worry about the fluids degrading. things such as oil, brake fluid, gasoline.. and the obvious one is the engine harness, if it hasn't already been replaced.

In So Cal, RC Engineering is popular. There may be places that do this service, that are closer to where you live. A couple of hundred will get them all cleaned and flow matched.

injectors arent anything to worry about, cheap and easy to replace. As said id look to see if the wiring harness has already been changed (almost all have been by now) and flush and replace your tranny fluid and the other mentioned fluids.
