How do you pull the RVM off?

Trying to remove my rear view mirror and I am not quite sure how. I'm guessing the bolts are under the light covers?

This video is correct. I went out this morning and pulled on it just like the video, I REALLY felt like I was going to break it but then it popped out. The mirror is spring loaded and all you have to do is push real hard to get it back in, it is a piece of cake. I had my RVM off and the microphone replaced and RVM put back on in less than 5 minutes. I LOVE THE INTERNET AND I LOVE YOUTUBE
