Anyone have a part number for the outside mesh? I realize there is free access to the online EPC, but I cannot register as I'm Canadian, and I've tried even with my US shipping address, no joy. Boo. I'm fairly certain my car was involved in a front ender at some point in its life, so that could explain it.
503, I think that lower portion of the engine cover is the same as on contemporary '55' cars, hopefully you can snag one from a wrecker or something.

I have access to the EPC and I will try to get you a part# by tomorrow, the damn thing is kinda difficult to work.

Took a picture of my engine bay so I'm posting it up here.

My star was missing also. I used its impression to shade in some paint. I used a black sharpie to black out the inside and kill the spots where the paint came out of the indent lines.
Thought of Nuke green but went with red on black.
