How to change spark plugs in 95 c36 amg?

I take the 3 regular plugs out but then there are three metal screws that hold the rest of the plugs in i believe. Do i unscrew these or what?. I dont want to hurt the car any ideas?

yes, you remove all the plug wires and the three coil packs as well. be warned though, if the wires are old, they could be damaged during removal and will cause misfires when you put it all back together.

Ugh. Truth.

I'm thinking I should inspect and re-craft that whole end as well. Just for ****s and giggles.

Good idea and safe practice to change your plug wires at the same time so as to avoid possible problems later down the road

Just to make it clear to everyone else: the faulty wiring in question is NOT the spark plug boot, which is what is implied in the quoted reply above. It is the wiring leading UP TO the coils themselves that deteriorate from heat.

It is the actual engine harness ends.

Correct about the harness. On the M104 there are only three spark plug wires. The other three spark plugs are directly under the coils and there is a long connector under the coil. Those connectors can be troublesome. I have replaced several over the years.
