These are the best pics of any C43 I have ever seen. The 2nd pic is my favorite by far and I am fighting with myself as I want to replace the pics of my C43 with the pics of your C43 as the background on my computer.

Thanks guys!

They're E55 Monoblocks. So 18x8 +31 and 18x9 +35. I've been debating about running a 5mm spacer in the rear to bring it out a bit more. Running 225/40/18 and 255/35/18.

I'm on Bilstein Sport Shocks with H&R Sport Springs. 5mm pads all around.

The fronts don't rub with the 235s? It seems most people on this forum are running 225s on their E55 Monoblocks?

Haha. I have a few from my phone. Interior isn't really special. I just have a touch screen DVD in-dash. I had my steering wheel restored to all black (to prevent that gross gummy issue the two-tone guys all experience) and I have a black burl wood and leather shift knob with a Star and V8 emblem (from Jerry at ForMyMercedes.com)

when you lowered your car you did something to avoid rubbing issues!
you had to heat up something?
I didn't understand what you did!
Please explain further.

I run 265/35s in the rear, try that before you do spacers. I run no pads in front and number 2 pads in the rear, no rubbing

Well I want to bring the rear wheels out more for a more flush look. I'm happy with the 255's. Any noise with no pads in the front?

Yea a bit of clunking noise but it doesnt bother me. 265s will give u a bit more of a flush look but yea I could still use some spacers

But won't that cause needless rubbing? I think it looks fine as is...it's just the rear bumper flaring out that makes it look like the wheels are too far in-set, but they're really not if you compare against the fender.

i won't do it if it does rub - i'm definitely all about function over form.

i need to really look at it again in detail and decide if it's doable. just by eyeballing it right now i think 5mm spacers would be no problem. i might want to do 10mm. i think 15 would cause problems though.
